Through the Global Aware programme, hundreds of children and teenagers have been reached where they have been offered a safe escape from the gangs and drug traffickers that surround them. By offering a group that they can join, where they receive the gospel and discipleship in a fun environment, it means they have an alternative to joining a gang. These young people are given the opportunity to play sports and there is the potential to help them develop a sports career in the minor and major leagues.
