Vision for Bangladesh was founded by Rachel Andrews. She registered the charity in 2017 but her work in Bangladesh has been ongoing since 2006. After working at Moulvibazar and supporting local people, Rachel gained a heart for Bengali people and she has trained and educated locals to treat eye conditions. Rachel is not only closely linked with the hospital in providing care, but the project also serves local people at the Tea Gardens who face immense poverty and would otherwise go without treatment.
