The 1toAnother team wanted to provide local communities with a stable and permanent healthcare facility, so began the construction of Victoria Memorial Hospital in August 2015 in Multan, Pakistan. The vision for VMH was to be a Christian health facility to support existing hospitals and clinics, with the primary focus being to provide healthcare to women and children in rural areas surrounding Multan.

The Hospital runs a General Outpatient Department to support those suffering with generalised pain etc, as well as a Gynaecology department to support women through pregnancy or who are suffering with female-related illnesses. The Hospital more recently has expanded to include an Eye Clinic.
