In August 2022, Pakistan was hit by severe flooding affecting over 30 million people and more than 1,000 lost their lives. The 1toAnother team responded by providing food, clean drinking water, shelter and clothing to those who had lost their homes. The team also wanted to support Tank Christian Hospital and Shikarpur Christian Hospital as both were not functioning due to the flooding. The rooves were badly damaged and needed water pumping out the buildings, as well as had high fuel costs.

The team set up medical camps to support flood victims that needed medical attention. The situation remains desperate as many are still without homes and are dependent on support from 1toAnother to survive.
