A brand new solar energy system was installed at Kunhar Christian Hospital (KCH) to enhance the existing solar system of KCH.
The new system will allow the existing solar panels to store excess electricity in the newly bought batteries. These new batteries also required an upgraded inverter which was also bought and installed this month. We are very grateful to our generous supporters in the UK who have enabled KCH to purchase and install this equipment.
The national electric grid in Pakistan is very unreliable and these purchases enable KCH to function more independently, without having to rely on the diesel powered generator during power cuts.
MMN has been able to provide support towards this project in enabling the hospital to have more reliable energy.

Grant was approved by the Trustees in February, you can read more below.
