'In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength'
Is. 30:15
The last few weeks have given us the opportunity to be involved in a couple of Missions conferences and university CUs. It has been exciting to share more about how God is using our partners to share the gospel as they receive the healthcare that they need and to encourage people to pray for them.
We have, also, been able to give grants to support various ministries including mobile clinics in Moldova, medical camps in India, HIV education and support in Nigeria, some laboratory and dental equipment in Benin and Guatemala, and community healthcare in Egypt and Uganda. If you want more details on any of these then please get in touch.
Introducing Pious..
If you would like to support more children like Pious, then you can have your donation doubled during the week of the Big Give from 2nd - 9th December. Please keep an eye out for details of how to do this in the next couple of weeks.
We are raising financial support for the ACHERU project as they work to educate communities on the risks of home births, and how it can lead to the baby's brain being starved of oxygen or other health risks which can result in the baby being born with cerebral palsy. The team provide both the education and practical support to allow women to be able to give birth in a health facility.
At the ACHERU clinic, they also provide daily support for those already living with cerebral palsy, through the provision of physiotherapy, activities and education to give those living with the condition the best quality of life.
Please keep this ministry in your prayers a they continue to show God's love to so many children in need.
There are other ways to support this ministry including directly giving through your usual channel or by sponsoring Grev on his 6-hour lapped challenge which he is doing on Friday 21st November - Click here for more info
