The increase in the cost of living is being felt by everyone in the UK and also by the projects Accomplish supports in Africa. In Uganda and Malawi the cost of basics has recently risen sharply, with prices increasing every week. Please pray for:

• Price stability throughout the globe
• That our projects can continue to support children who have to cope with severe disabilities, as well as abject poverty
• And that Accomplish can continue to provide enough support for our projects and their invaluable work

There are many reasons to give thanks to God for his amazing generosity, love and compassion towards us all. After the Covid pandemic and lockdown, life has returned to normal in Uganda and Malawi. The schools and other projects we support have reopened and are fully functioning, after a two-year closure for many of them.

Please join us in thanking God for:

• The relatively few cases of Covid in our project regions and protection against further outbreaks
• The growing reputation of the Rwenzori Special Needs Foundation's (RSNF) vocational training centre in western Uganda, attracting many more young people with disabilities to a much brighter future
• The growth of RSNF's pig project which is now self-sustaining
• The expansion of the Heart of Mercy project in Malawi, bringing many more children with disabilities out of hiding
• That new children are arriving at each of our rural epilepsy clinics for assessment and treatment
• For the dedicated teams who manage and work at all of our projects, caring for children with a wide variety of disabilities
• That Proreso school in DRC continues to provide excellent education for deaf children and some of their siblings, and has found room for some displaced children too
