Pray for the future of Vision for Bangladesh and that God will lead the team in the direction He has planned. During Rachel’s recent visit, a Tea Garden manager had reached out to the team to ask for eye camps to be run in three Tea Gardens he manages. No one has reached out to the VfB team in this way before so it is a real turning point for this project.

In order to achieve this, Vision for Bangladesh will require a great deal of funding, but are eager to help in this way if it is possible. Please pray that God will open the doors necessary to allow them to support these new communities.

Please also pray for strength for the medical staff in the mobile clinics and the hospital. During Rachel’s visit, the hospital was packed full of 138 patients waiting for surgery during one day – such a great need and much hard work is required to see to this many people, However, the medical staff work diligently and on one day were even able to treat 200 patients. This project and all involved need prayers, praise God for the incredible work they are doing for these communities in need and pray for opportunities to continue to share God’s love with these people in a practical way.
