Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
Heb. 10:23

Thank you to those who have pledged support - we are delighted to share that we have reached our target!!
Look out for more details about our campaign later this month.
Don't forget that any donations made during the week of 1st - 8th December will be DOUBLED.

We had a great time at Base Camp during the first week of the Keswick Convention. Great teaching, inspiring worship, glorious weather to enjoy the Lakes but, also, a great opportunity to connect with many people. This included supporters, partners, those finding out about MMN for the first time and engaging with young medics interested in electives plus meeting those we have engaged with through Global Track or had received bursaries from us in the past.
We have started preparing for the next container to go to Zambia which we hope will be towards the end of September or early October. This will be the first one using our new procedures so we would appreciate your prayers as we navigate the changes with you.
If you have goods that you want to be sent then please get in touch with us so we can remind you of what you need to do and, most importantly, give you a reference number so that everything can be tracked. At the same time we will give you details of when and where to send your boxes. The boxes will need to be at the loading point between Monday 7th and Friday 25th September.
Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have and we will do our best to help you.

We would love to keep you updated about what God is doing through medicine across the world in our WhatsApp Group - if you would like to join this group, please click the link below.

We have received a really wonderful report from Isabel who recently did her medical elective at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, she writes:
"One ordinary morning, I stepped onto the ward with the Internal Medicine team as we began our ward round. My mind was occupied with the bustle and smell of the cramped ward, the number of cases I needed to present, the work that was waiting for me, and the anxiety of being asked questions I could not answer or being challenged on aspects of a case that I had not considered. At the same time, the consultant, a missionary doctor, let out a sigh and said, “So many precious souls to look after.”
At that moment, it became evident to me just how much love and care he had for others, and how that love translated into learning the many dialects spoken by a minority of patients, taking a few extra minutes to notice each patient and hold their hand, and making medical decisions that might be less convenient but were ultimately kinder. I knew that his love for those around him reflected Christ’s deep, boundless, and sacrificial love for us, and I was greatly humbled and encouraged to return to my everyday life with the same love for Christ and for others, and, God willing, to return to the mission field again one day."
